Laptops & Mobiles Returns and Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept the return or exchange of any unused and undamaged ZR Bazzar products, including their original packaging and accessories, within 7 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly provide proof of purchase and specify the reason for the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days upon receipt of the returned products. However, delivery charges will not be refunded.
